Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
Ayush Doctor: Candidates have degree in BAMS / BHMS / BSAM from a recognized University of Gujarat. Candidates have must registration in Homeopathic & Ayurvedic council of Gujarat.
FHW: Basic Course of Female Health Worker from recognized Gujarat Nursing Council, Gujarat Nursing Council Certificate.
Pharmacist cum Data Assistant: Diploma Pharmacy / Degree Pharmacy by recognized university, or an equivalent educational qualification. Must registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council. CCC Certificate required for additional qualification.
Age limit
Ayush Doctor: Not more than 40 years
FHW / Pharmacist cum Data Assistant: 18 to 40 years
Selection Process
Final Selection will be based on personal interview
